Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of counselling which helps children (primary school age) express their feelings and improve their emotional well-being through play.

In Play Therapy, children can choose from a wide variety of creative media such as sand, clay and paint. These are used by the child, alongside the therapist in a safe, confidential space, to help the child learn strategies and ways to process and cope with the difficulties they are facing or have faced in the past. We currently offer Play Therapy on Thursday mornings.
