How do I obtain counselling?

Anyone can contact the service through telephoning or writing. We aim to offer an initial interview within a week and afterwards each client is linked with a counsellor.

The decision as to how many counselling sessions should take place can be discussed and agreed upon between counsellor and client. For some people three or four sessions can be sufficient; for others, a longer period of counselling may be appropriate.

The counselling takes place in purpose-built premises.
